About this Speaker

Nick Salas is the Head of Sales Readiness at Mindtickle where he is charged with creating an internal culture of readiness and enablement amongst the field sellers. His primary objective in that is to create an internal instance that sellers can not only use to refine their skills but also tell their own stories when out evangelizing the power of readiness. Prior to Mindtickle, he was Director of Sales Enablement at Workfront, which was acquired recently by Adobe. Having been a field seller himself prior to that, Nick tries to lead enablement programs with empathy, relevance, and data.
