Prior to joining NCR as the Executive Director of Global Sales Enablement, Donna spent eight years as a Sales and Marketing Consultant helping to stand up Sales Enablement teams around the globe. Today, Donna is responsible for building a Sales Enablement organization and creating a strategic plan that will transform NCRs Banking, Hospitality and Retail sales team into a Software and Services led selling organization.
NCR has been around for over 135 years and many of the employees have been working at NCR for 20, 30+ years. Being new to the organization, Donna’s #1 task was to break silo, improve communication, and achieving alignment and in less than a year, we are operating as team all focused on achieving the key selling activities that drive revenue.
Donna believes in the strategy and frameworks she brings to the table because she too was once in sales. “I spend a lot of time asking sales team what they want, how they learn and I capitalize on the things that motivate and excites them. They are my customer!”
She is certified in several Inbound Marketing Strategies (Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Marketing and Customer Acquisition and Email Marketing Specialist and Selling Methodologies (Solution Selling and SPIN).
Donna holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and is a published author. She is a master in remote learning, automation and building online sales enablement programs. She knows how to enable sales teams on how to consistently and systematically have value-added conversation with the right customers at each stage of the customer's life cycle.
